After evaluation and training the candidates gets listed on our partners websites ,agencies ,social media, and other job advertisers.We do not guarantee any placement but by consulting with candidate and providing neccassary training to those candidates identified to increase there changes of an interview.

Ultimately the interview process is the candidates responsibility and whether you are a first time interview or has been through the process a couple of times any interview does not mean placement and depends on the interview panel to decide if candidate is qualified for the position.

We do offer training and tips to assist our candidates to prepare for the interviews so that their changes of employment.
