We then send your details to employer who will asses if you are suitable candidate.If the employer are interested they will invite you for interview.

 The first step in the recruitment process is to evaluate the candidates qualifications,skills to determine whether the position the applicant  are applying for that candidate is suitable for the position.After evaluation we need to decide whether the applicant need training which is provided by us or the applicants CV can be forwarded to our partners for interview
